นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้อธิบายถึงนโยบายและขั้นตอนปฏิบัติของเราในการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลของคุณเมื่อคุณใช้บริการ รวมถึงบอกให้คุณทราบเกี่ยวกับสิทธิ์ในความเป็นส่วนตัวของคุณและวิธีที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองคุณ

การตีความ (Interpretation)

คำที่ขึ้นต้นด้วยตัวอักษรพิมพ์ใหญ่มีความหมายตามที่กำหนดไว้ภายใต้เงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้ ไม่ว่าคำนิยามต่อไปนี้จะปรากฏในรูปเอกพจน์หรือพหูพจน์ ให้มีความหมายเดียวกัน

คำนิยาม (Definitions)

เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้:

บัญชี (Account) หมายถึง บัญชีเฉพาะที่สร้างขึ้นเพื่อให้คุณสามารถเข้าถึงบริการของเราหรือส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของบริการของเราได้
บริษัทในเครือ (Affiliate) หมายถึง นิติบุคคลที่ควบคุม ถูกควบคุมโดย หรืออยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมร่วมกันกับคู่สัญญา โดยคำว่า "ควบคุม" หมายถึง การถือหุ้น ส่วนได้เสียในส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น หรือหลักทรัพย์อื่น ๆ ตั้งแต่ 50% ขึ้นไป ซึ่งมีสิทธิ์ออกเสียงในการเลือกตั้งกรรมการหรืออำนาจการบริหารจัดการอื่น ๆ

ประเทศ (Country) หมายถึง: ประเทศไทย
อุปกรณ์ (Device) หมายถึง อุปกรณ์ใด ๆ ที่สามารถเข้าถึงบริการได้ เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ โทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือแท็บเล็ตดิจิทัล
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Personal Data) คือข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบุคคลธรรมดาที่ระบุตัวตนได้หรือสามารถระบุตัวตนได้ ทั้งนี้เราใช้คำว่า "Personal Data" และ "Personal Information" สลับกันได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายจะใช้คำเฉพาะเจาะจง
บริการ (Service) หมายถึง เว็บไซต์
ผู้ให้บริการ (Service Provider) หมายถึง บุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคลใด ๆ ที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลในนามของบริษัท โดยหมายถึงบริษัทภายนอกหรือบุคคลที่บริษัทว่าจ้างเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการให้บริการ ให้บริการในนามของบริษัท ดำเนินบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ หรือเพื่อช่วยเหลือบริษัทในการวิเคราะห์การใช้งานบริการ

การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ (Retention of Your Personal Data)

ตั๋วสนับสนุน (Support Tickets) และการติดต่อสื่อสาร: สูงสุดไม่เกิน 24 เดือนนับจากวันที่ปิดตั๋ว เพื่อแก้ไขการสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม ติดตามคุณภาพการบริการ และป้องกันการเรียกร้องทางกฎหมายที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
บันทึกการแชท (Chat Transcripts): สูงสุดไม่เกิน 24 เดือนเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการประกันคุณภาพและการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน
ข้อมูลการใช้งาน (Usage Data)
ข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์เว็บไซต์ (คุกกี้, IP Address, ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์): สูงสุดไม่เกิน 24 เดือนนับจากวันที่เก็บรวบรวม ซึ่งช่วยให้เราสามารถวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มในขณะที่ยังเคารพหลักการความเป็นส่วนตัว
บันทึกเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Server Logs) (IP Address, เวลาการเข้าถึง): สูงสุดไม่เกิน 24 เดือนเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยและการแก้ไขปัญหา

ข้อมูลการใช้งานจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้ตามระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาที่อธิบายไว้ข้างต้น และอาจถูกเก็บรักษานานขึ้นเฉพาะเมื่อจำเป็นสำหรับความปลอดภัย การป้องกันการทุจริต หรือการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายเท่านั้น

เราอาจเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกินกว่าระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้นด้วยเหตุผลที่แตกต่างกัน:
